Eko Contact Center founded in 2010 aims to be a right partner for its corporate customers especially by the up-to-date operations of the retail distribution chain, technical infrastructure, specific software solution named Oktopus CRM™ that developed for the retail industry, and with its domination in the business processes.

Oktopus CRM™ is a web-based software and it provides to manage all sales calls and non-sales calls with its store-based structure. EKO Contact Center has been serving in its modern call center building with the capacity of 500 seats located in Maltepe İstanbul, to the brands of the different branches such as food, e-commerce, construction market, textile fields with its motto “Excellent Customer Experience’’.
